You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will help us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. You will optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes. This team oversees the entire process that starts from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers. The role requires a good understanding of cash applications, the process of applying unapplied cash, reconciliation of suspense account in cash application, and process them from payment receipt to finalization. Investigate, resolve and troubleshoot unidentified and unapplied cash item and match debit and credit transactions.
Good verbal communication skills, good understanding of cash application process, ready to work in night shifts, good written communication, MS Office, problem solving attitude, team working and co-ordination, RTO mandatory airline background, knowledge of cash application tools, analytical skill, knowledge of current technologies in OTC domain, process RPA and automation, strong conceptual knowledge of OTC domain, team collaboration skills, excellent knowledge of SAP, good knowledge of advanced excel, should be flexible and ready to take challenges, email management & volume management, customer handling experience.
