What you will do:

1. Manage collections process on assigned portfolio of customers
2. Resolve customers disputes pertaining to Collections
3. Answer customers incoming queries
4. Make recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectible debt
5. Build long term business relationship with customers
6. Plan and prioritize own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met

• Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Excellent communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to details
