Operations Engineer

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills: SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve service delivery.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution.
• Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting within SAP SD.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other modules.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
