Operations Engineer

Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills: Emerson Manufacturing Execution Solution Syncade. Good to have skills: DeltaV Distributed Control Sys Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day involves ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services to meet operational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with operational requirements.
• Implement best practices for service delivery.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Emerson Manufacturing Execution Solution Syncade.
• Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance.
• Experience in managing production systems.
• Knowledge of service level agreements and operational requirements.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Emerson Manufacturing Execution Solution Syncade.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
