What you will do on a daily basis:

  • Perform activities for offline support for the field, according to the defined operational procedure, in the client's legacy systems;
  • Handle pending tickets in the queue;
  • Provide reactive/active customer/technical support, when applicable;
  • Access the client's legacy systems for product or service solution, alteration, correction, and/or configuration;
  • Ensure the solution in the service, if applicable;
  • Support leadership in achieving SLAs and other indicators defined for the team and individuals;
  • Support team leaders in the progress of projects rolled out by management;
  • Support in the consolidation of monthly team results.

In addition, the following is required:

  • High school diploma completed or higher education in progress;
  • Good communication;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
