Configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. Manage back office system data records. Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

Summary: As a Network and Services Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and supporting customer activations and configuration adjustments effectively. You will also manage back office system data records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations while collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Good to have skills: Experience with SD-WAN Operations, AWS Networking, Wireless Technologies Operations.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
