Mid-Market & Sovereign Solutions & Offering Development Lead
As Mid-Market & Sovereign Solutions & Offering Development Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, design, and commercialization of preconfigured cloud and AI offerings aligned to regulatory frameworks. This role ensures that the solutions are scalable, secure, reusable, and commercially optimized for high-volume segments with tight budgets and strict compliance requirements.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy for Segmented Offerings
- Define a 12 to 24 month roadmap of repeatable cloud and AI accelerators.
- Prioritize suitable offerings for transformation programs ranging from USD 1M to USD 10M.
- Design simplified pricing structures (fixed fee, tiered packages).
- Ensure rapid deployment cycles (between 8 and 16 weeks).
- Architecture and Compliance Framework
- Establish reference architectures for sovereign environments.
- Incorporate data residency controls, encryption, identity, and auditability.
- Align solutions with governmental regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Ensure compatibility with sovereign regions of hyperscalers.
- Commercial Packaging and Go-To-Market Enablement
- Develop commercial kits, ROI calculators, and standardized outreach templates.
- Tailor messaging for CIOs, public sector buyers, and budget committees.
- Collaborate with business groups to integrate offerings into pipeline processes.
- Simplicity in Delivery and Reusability
- Minimize customization and bespoke development.
- Create automation templates and deployment scripts.
- Enable execution through regional or nearshore delivery centers.
- Revenue Responsibility and Scalability
- Be accountable for volume-based revenue targets.
- Monitor deployments, reuse rate, time-to-value, and margin contribution.
- Adjust portfolio based on segment adoption and demand signals.
Governance and Interaction
- Collaborate with Platform Offering Leaders (AWS, AGBG, Oracle, etc.) for technical alignment.
- Work with Industry Leadership and Client Account Leads to drive client adoption.
- Align with Responsible AI and Security teams for compliance oversight.
- Participate in quarterly portfolio reviews and monthly GTM pipeline reviews.
What You Need:
- 12 to 15+ years of experience leading cloud and data & AI solutions, including responsibility for reusable, multi-client offerings that encompass solution definition, architecture, regulatory alignment, and go-to-market strategy execution.
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent practical experience.
- More than 5 years of experience delivering cloud or AI solutions in governmental, regulated, or sovereign environments, including alignment with data residency, security, and regulatory frameworks.
- Advanced English/bilingual
