Marketing Transformation Practitioner

Create customer experiences to drive client growth by leveraging a deep understanding of the Marketing function and how Marketing interacts with other parts of the business. Define Marketing transformation journeys by applying functional expertise to meet the vision of our customers.

Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage creative problem-solving.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Experience in project management and team leadership.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools.
