We're looking for a Marketing Technology Development Consultant who enjoys hands-on work in marketing platforms and technology, and who thrives in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments—especially within Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystems.

What You'll Do

  • Build and enhance marketing technology solutions including automations, journeys/flows, segmentation logic, data extensions, and triggered communications.
  • Implement and support integrations across the marketing technology landscape (CRM, web/app events, data platforms, SFTP, APIs).
  • Develop, review, and support custom solutions and code (e.g., SSJS, AMPscript where relevant, API usage and validation).
  • Troubleshoot platform, data, and integration issues; monitor automated jobs and improve reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams, architects, marketers, DBAs, and cloud engineers to ensure smooth end-to-end solutions.
  • Bridges the gap between marketing strategy and technology, managing the software, data, and automation tools that drive campaigns.
  • Contribute to delivery best practices including documentation, QA, release notes, and continuous optimization.

What You Bring (Must-Have)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe or Salesforce platforms (or a comparable marketing automation platform).
  • Solid technical problem-solving skills, particularly related to data flows, integrations, and automation reliability.
  • Good working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with marketing and customer data.
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate technical topics clearly.
  • Fluency in English (a Nordic language is a strong advantage and may be required for some client work).

Nice-To-Have

  • JavaScript (intermediate), HTML/CSS (basic), and responsive email fundamentals.
  • Experience with customer experience optimization and identifying use cases
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation & operations
