Responsibilities :

• Using strong technical background and understanding to utilize Business applications used by our stakeholders
• Succinctly convey technical notions to leadership; use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues; Experience in providing high-quality customer service and handling stakeholder inquiries
• Utilize superior problem-solving approach
• Leverage technical expertise and creativity to develop innovative solutions and think beyond the current issue to prevent future occurrences; Windows 11, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Laptops, Desktops, peripherals headsets, monitors, audio devices. Mobile - Apple iPhone/iPad/IOS, BYOD, Microsoft 365 Suite One Drive, One Note, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical service delivery with focus on business applications (For example: Windows 11, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, peripherals headsets, monitors, audio devices, Mobile Apple iPhone iPad IOS, BYOD, Microsoft 365 Suite One Drive, One Note, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree
