Tech Support Role In Budapest

Join our Tech Support team in Budapest and start your career in IT Application Support! In this entry-level role, you'll learn how to manage and resolve application incidents for SAP ByDesign, a leading cloud-based ERP solution used across Europe.

Working within an ITIL-based service environment, you'll collaborate with experienced professionals, supporting business users and gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems.

This position is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow into the IT support or SAP domain. Comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring will be provided.

What will you do

  • Receive, log, and track application incidents and service requests using ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira)
  • Communicate with business users in English (and German, if applicable) to understand and resolve issues effectively
  • Support technical teams in coordinating issue resolution and monitoring service-level targets (SLAs)
  • Document incident details and escalate recurring issues following ITIL best practices
  • Participate in continuous learning — including structured training on SAP modules and other enterprise systems
  • Contribute to an international support team focused on technical excellence and customer satisfaction

What we expect

  • Basic IT understanding and strong motivation to build a career in IT support or enterprise applications
  • Positive, coachable mindset and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes
  • Education or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
  • Working knowledge of ITSM or ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Hungarian and English fluency (spoken and written) is required; German language skills at B2+ level are a strong plus
  • Prior exposure to SAP systems (ByDesign, ABAP, Basis, FI, CRM, SRM, or SCM) is beneficial but not mandatory — all secondary skills will be taught on the job
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
