As an IT Service Management Representative, you will manage the delivery of IT production systems and services. A typical day involves supporting the infrastructure service management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing risks associated with services. You will provide operational support to ensure that production systems and devices remain online and available, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of service management processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Incident Management.
  • Experience with Problem Management.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Ability to analyze incidents and identify trends to improve service quality.
  • Experience in using service management tools for incident tracking and reporting.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Incident Management.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
