Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills: PTC Windchill. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, translating those needs into actionable business and technology solutions, and driving discussions around transformation and the customer journey. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that functional and application designs align with business requirements, ultimately contributing to the successful implementation of integrated solutions that enhance client operations and satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end PLM data migration using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM).
• Analyze legacy data, define object mappings, and configure migration templates.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Execute dry runs and production loads while monitoring logs and resolving errors.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through pre- and post-migration validation.
• Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, and Windchill admin teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and migration status updates.
• Provide post-migration support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM) configuration and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of PTC Windchill data model, object types, and business logic.
• Experience in data migration from PLM systems like Windchill or Teamcenter.
• Proficiency in XML, SQL, and scripting (Python or Java) for data handling and automation.
• Understanding of CAD data structures (Creo, NX, SolidWorks) and related EPMDocument migration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and log analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Cloud-to-Cloud or On-Prem to Cloud migration environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
