Challenges You Will Face:

• Resolve incidents and service requests to minimize downtime.
• Monitor the performance and utilization of automations using orchestration tools.
• Apply patches, fixes, and updates to ensure stability and compliance.
• Proactively detect anomalies to prevent disruptions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed support documentation and articles in the knowledge base.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure RCA findings are documented and available for future reference.
• Conduct structured root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or critical issues.
• Track and follow up on issues from identification to closure.
• Collaborate with level 2 teams, platform teams, and business stakeholders for resolution.
• Provide timely updates and communicate the status of issues effectively.
• Generate reports on problem trends, RCA status, and remediation actions.

What Will Make You Successful:

• Strong technical knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
• Experience in incident and problem management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with incident management tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Advanced English proficiency.
