Are you ready to be part of digital transformation and take part in challenging and innovative projects?

Challenges You Will Face:

• Design, implement, and support AWS solutions with a focus on Amazon Connect.
• Develop IVR/Contact Flows and routing strategies.
• Implement voice automation with Amazon Lex and voice services (Transcribe, Polly).
• Build serverless integrations with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with external APIs, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
• Implement voice analytics and reporting (e.g., Contact Lens, S3, and serverless services).
• Configure and manage IAM roles/policies and security.
• Troubleshoot in production with CloudWatch, logs, and metrics.
• Accompany migrations and optimization of Amazon Connect instances.
• Technically coordinate with internal teams and cloud providers.

What Will Make You Successful:

• Proven experience in AWS.
• Solid knowledge in Amazon Connect, Lambda, Lex, S3, or IAM (Roles/Policies), CloudWatch, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway.
• Practical experience in Contact Flows/IVR or serverless automation or troubleshooting in production.
• Advanced English.
