Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. Must have skills: Oracle Database Administration (DBA). Good to have skills: NA. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies for database management.
• Knowledge of security best practices for database environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
• A 15 years full time education is required.
