Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

As a data migration specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transfer of data between different systems, often as part of a larger project involving new system implementations or upgrades. This role involves analyzing, cleansing, transforming, and loading data from legacy systems into new environments, while also ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to analyze legacy data to assess structure, quality, and migration readiness.
  • Cleanse, transform, and standardize data for target system compatibility.
  • Create and manage source-to-target data mappings.
  • Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness using tools and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and specifications.
  • Ensure data integrity through governance and compliance practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues, including scripting and vendor coordination.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex data challenges.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, MS Lists, and MS Forms.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in managing tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. This position is based at our Jaipur office. A 15 years full time education is required.
