Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support. Must have skills: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Good to have skills: NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for both remote and onsite systems, addressing issues related to hardware and software, and implementing technology solutions across various platforms. You will work within a defined operating model, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges to maintain system integrity and performance.

• Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
• Experience with server management and network configuration.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies for both hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work with monitoring tools to ensure system performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
