You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLAs. Candidate who is good in written & verbal communication. Good call handling skills. Candidate should be comfortable with night shift ranging from 5.00pm - 8.00am.
