Crucial Function/Responsibilities

• Acts as case manager for critical cases.
• Operating independently with strong decision-making skills, planning, and prioritizing complex activities.
• Responsible for managing a team that delivers critical services to employees, ensuring alignment with both business and HR strategic objectives
• Serving as the escalation point for stakeholders, resolving complex issues, and maintaining service consistency.
• Crucial to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
• Acting as a liaison between the different stakeholders.
