HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst

Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs. Collaborates with client almost on a daily basis to ensure delivery of services. Ensures service measures are met in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Handle and manage process & people escalations appropriately. Reviews queue management and ensures all requests are completed. Manage the labor laws. This encompasses interchanges between an employer and an employee and may include discussions on salary, benefit packages and employee rights.

Suggests process improvements and helps team implement their ideas. Acts as the SME for the process and aligns work instructions as per global procedures. Ensure adherence to policy and procedures of the organization.

Roles and responsibilities include reviewing and prioritizing the requests placed by the clients. Ensuring the requests are completed thoroughly and accurately within the appropriate time frame. Taking an active role in meeting the Client SLAs and OLAs. Analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. Interactions with peers within Accenture. Some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management. Given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments. Decisions made impact own work and may impact the work of others. Individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team. Possible requirement to work in rotational shifts.
