HR Partners are the HR single point of contact for our people and practice leaders.

We help our people thrive by building deep personalized relationships and proactively support and advise them through their career life.

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and Execute HR strategies and programs aligned with business objectives to enhance workforce performance.

  • Oversee and Plan key talent management functions (performance, talent supply/demand, engagement, Comp admin, and development).

  • Implement and Develop organizational HR strategies, leading teams to achieve results in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

  • Integrate HR best practices, trends, and emerging technologies into the overall strategy.

Advisory & Collaboration

  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor and Provide Strategic Counsel to senior leadership and executives on all people-related matters.

  • Collaborate closely with executives to drive initiatives and ensure optimal HR service delivery.

  • Counsel project teams on career planning, leadership development, and people management.

  • Collaborate with geographic HR teams to manage local impacts of global solutions and define local needs.

Program & Process Management

  • Design, Build, and Support HR programs, policies, and processes that deliver on HR strategy.

  • Monitor Effectiveness of existing HR services and engage with service delivery to resolve issues.

  • Oversee talent development programs.

  • Foster a people-centric culture and enhance workforce performance.

Qualifications:

English : Proficient (>B1-B2)

Experienced working in technology consulting and international companies

At least 6 years of HR experience with at least half in HRBP roles.
