Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the engineer addresses complex business challenges by creating scalable and efficient software components that meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
• Ensure the quality and performance of developed features through rigorous testing and validation.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and system configurations.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable backend services and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management within enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. This position is based at our Coimbatore office. A 15 years full time education is required.
