Full Stack Developer
This Full Stack Developer role merges the responsibilities and expertise of both Front-End and Back-End development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade applications, with deep knowledge of modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Svelte) and back-end systems (Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, databases). They are proficient in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications, integrating with CMS platforms, and leading technical teams.
Responsibilities
Front-End Development: Responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.2+), performance optimization, reusable component libraries, and integration with APIs.
Back-End Development: Application architecture, API development, database design, cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies using tools like Jest, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG.
Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
Mentorship: Provide guidance, conduct code reviews, and support junior developers.
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES2023+), TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Svelte.
Expertise in Java, .NET, PHP, Python, Node.js, and MVC frameworks (Spring, ASP.NET, Laravel, Django).
Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, CMS platforms (AEM, WordPress, Drupal).
Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps workflows.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, SEO best practices, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
