Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Must have skills: Microsoft Azure Sentinel

Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and adopting a cloud-first, agile approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Sentinel.
• Experience with cloud-based security information and event management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture and integration techniques.
• Ability to develop and maintain scalable backend services and responsive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in cloud environments.
