Must Have Skills: Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture

Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the complete development lifecycle of software features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in designing, coding, and refining solutions that enhance client services. The position encourages the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies, fostering a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system functionalities are key aspects of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project goals.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment models, particularly within AWS environments.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Competence in working with databases and writing efficient queries.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
