Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. Must have skills: React.js. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating innovative solutions that enhance client services, applying a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies. Your role requires continuous collaboration and adaptation to emerging technologies to address complex business challenges effectively, ensuring seamless integration and performance across the entire application stack.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in React.js.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries related to front-end development.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration techniques.
• Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
