Field Marketing Analyst
As Field Marketing Analyst, you will work directly with the Europe & Middle East (EME) Marketing Lead to drive high-impact marketing programs that promote Microsoft products and services across our regions. You'll act as a key enabler for our Field Marketing team, partnering with sales, Microsoft, and external vendors to deliver campaigns and events that strengthen our brand, generate demand, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
This role combines campaign execution, partner activation, marketing operations, and cross-regional collaboration — offering variety, responsibility, and visibility across our EME business.
Your Impact

- Elevate brand positioning in the Mid-Market segment.
- Drive demand among prospective and existing clients through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences (digital and in-person) that inspire engagement and loyalty.
- Maximize Microsoft partnership value through joint marketing initiatives and co-funding.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and co-execute EME-wide campaigns and events (virtual and in-person).
- Coordinate campaigns and events remotely for specific regions.
- Collaborate with regional sales and solution teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Work with Microsoft's partner team to secure and allocate co-marketing funds.
- Coordinate funding allocation across regions and ensure proper usage.
- Manage administrative tasks, tracking, and reporting of business impact.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Sales on lead follow-up and pipeline development.
- Monitor and flag issues in lead follow-up to maintain campaign effectiveness.
- Support budget management, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
- Prepare and manage team meetings, materials, and documentation.
- Track marketing performance using CRM, marketing automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B-2-B marketing, sales support, or administrative roles (internships count).
- Basic understanding of demand generation (tactics) and the marketing funnel.
- Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in budget tracking, vendor coordination, and event/campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); data handling/reporting skills preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team-oriented, proactive, self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
