As a Digital Design Engineer, you will engage in the design and implementation of digital circuits and systems, with a strong emphasis on optimizing logic, timing, and power consumption. Your typical day will involve writing RTL code, simulating designs, and verifying functionality to ensure that performance requirements are met. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including physical design, verification, and software, to integrate and validate the design within the overall system architecture, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior professionals in best practices and design methodologies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in RTL Design.
• Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with simulation tools such as ModelSim or VCS.
• Familiarity with synthesis tools and techniques for optimizing RTL code.
• Knowledge of power optimization techniques in digital design.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in RTL Design.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
