Job Description - Delivery Lead Role purpose Own end-to-end delivery for the "Web" workstream across a program/portfolio—coordinating requirements, releases, content, QA, and stakeholder communications to ensure predictable, compliant, high-quality web outcomes. Key responsibilities • Lead web workstream planning: intake, sizing, sequencing, sprint/release calendars, dependency mapping, and go/no-go readiness. • Serve as primary escalation point for web delivery risks/issues; drive mitigation and cross-team alignment. • Coordinate across functions (CMS publishing, design, HTML/dev, QA, analytics, compliance, DAM) to deliver on time and within standards. • Define/maintain delivery playbooks, SLAs/OLAs, RACI, and operating cadence (stand-ups, status reports, stakeholder reviews). • Ensure governance: accessibility, brand standards, security/privacy, and content approvals are met prior to launch. Required skills & experience • 6–10+ years in digital/web delivery, with demonstrated leadership over multi-squad delivery. • Strong project/program management, risk management, stakeholder leadership, and prioritization.

Tools (typical) • Work management: Workfront/Jira/Azure DevOps • CMS/DXP: AEM (preferred), Sitecore, etc. • Reporting: dashboards, analytics platforms (Adobe/GA) Success measures • On-time release delivery, reduced rework/defects, stable production performance, stakeholder satisfaction, audit-ready compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
