Manage end-to-end order processing, including order entry, validation, and fulfillment in line with business policies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution. Monitor and track order status, proactively addressing delays or discrepancies. Handle customer queries related to orders and provide timely, accurate updates. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements.
