Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solution design.
• Experience in managing and guiding development teams through complex project deliveries.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple software components.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and integration techniques within enterprise environments.
