Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives. Proficiency in ServiceNow is required. Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management is a plus. Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices within custom software development. Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that meet complex business requirements. Experience in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with performance optimization and quality assurance methodologies.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow. 15 years full time education is required. This position is based at our Kolkata office.
