Minimum 3 years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions delivered are scalable and perform efficiently. The engineer focuses on understanding business requirements and translating them into effective software products that meet specific organizational needs, while continuously refining and optimizing the software components throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with distributed computing and big data processing concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Experience in integrating software components and third-party libraries.
