Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Workday Talent Management is required. Minimum 3 years of experience is needed, with a preference for 15 years of full-time education and Workday related certification.
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications that meet business needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and user manuals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
- Strong understanding of application design and development principles.
- Experience with configuration and customization of Workday modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
