Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• This position is based at our Noida office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
