We are seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy intelligent frameworks leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks within SAP platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various Business Functions, a passion for innovation in AI, and rich experience with delivering enterprise grade technology solutions using Gen AI / Agentic AI Frameworks. This role requires the ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements to traditional SAP processes, driving the next generation of enterprise automation and intelligence.

As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, contribute to key decisions, and manage the development process to deliver high-quality applications that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME While the business situation / problem is given – you will have responsibility to visualize innovative solutions leveraging GenAI & Agentic architecture and the best of available technologies from SAP, and other providers.

• Engage in end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery: requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and business adoption.
• Work with real-time AI platforms, integrating AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application development milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Ability to bridge technical AI concepts with business goals, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Hands-on experience in GenAI (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases) and Agentic AI applications (multi-agent systems, planning, reasoning) – demonstrated through project implementations
• Strong fundamental knowledge of AI lifecycle, data analysis, statistical concepts of ML algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning) and AI concepts of NN (Neural Networks) and NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, value realization in AI projects
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries, Generative AI. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
