As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient software. Your work focuses on addressing unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software delivery, ensuring that solutions are robust and adaptable to evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with various integration tools and middleware to connect Workday with other systems.
• Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques to ensure seamless data flow.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently while maintaining system stability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
