As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development practices, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS Analytics.
• Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics services.
• Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.
• Ability to optimize analytics workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting analytics pipelines in cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of security best practices related to cloud analytics solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in AWS Analytics. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
