Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Software product management is a must-have skill. Minimum 15 years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

As a customer product manager, you will be responsible for designing the web applications and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that the integration processes are seamless and efficient. You will engage in discussions to refine strategies, oversee the project life-cycle, and contribute to the successful deployment and operation of custom solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the overarching business objectives.

Roles & responsibilities include being a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience in custom applications, having influencing and advisory skills, and being responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions, provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on integration strategies, and mentor junior professionals in best practices for integration and project management.

Professional & technical skills include experience in leading product developments for Java web applications, understanding the requirements from customers and designing web portals, usage of JIRA for project tracking, ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and familiarity with various integration tools and technologies.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
