Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Proficiency in Japanese language is required. Experience with Java Enterprise Edition and Java is a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education are required.

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code while adhering to project timelines and requirements, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of the clients effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Japanese language.
• Experience with Java Enterprise Edition and Java.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with application testing and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Japanese language.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
