As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges and facilitating effective communication across departments to ensure project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
