Professional with 7+ years of experience in OpenText ECM and Extended ECM for SuccessFactors, specializing in implementation, support, enhancement, integration, and migration for medium to large-scale projects. The role requires strong experience of OpenText ECM capabilities, SuccessFactors integration, document management processes, metadata configuration, and support for HR document lifecycle management.

Deep understanding of ECM best practices, methodologies, and the full content lifecycle, including capture, classification, storage, and governance. Strong hands-on expertise in configuring workspaces, categories, metadata, security, document types, and integrating OpenText with SuccessFactors EC, Onboarding, and RM modules, including CMIS-based portlet integrations. Experienced in xECM Content Server, OTDS, PowerDocs, OData API integration, workflow and template development, Programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, OScript and web services (RESTful APIs). CMIS experience in integrating OT with SuccessFactors Portlets Expertise on Live Reports and WebReports, setting up Business workspace and Archive link scenario based on business need. Strong understanding of business process management principles and the ability to design and automate business workflows. Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Upgrades Experience with Document migration strategies and tools and executions.

Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and translate business needs into technical specifications. Design and implement complex ECM solutions across organizations, geographies, and technologies. Ensure end-to-end delivery accountability, including system, integration, and user acceptance readiness. Execute unit, system, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with project teams on planning, estimations, and issue resolution. Conduct business workshops to map processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Provide post-deployment support by troubleshooting issues and delivering sustainable solutions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. The ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with AI-powered features within the OpenText suite. OpenText certifications or other relevant industry certifications. 15 years full time education.
