As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project’s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to meet project goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.
• Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues within Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
