Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of software development projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural frameworks.
• Experience with scalable system design and integration techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and maintainability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
