This position involves continuous interaction with evolving technologies and adapting to changing project demands to deliver high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with diverse teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
• Skilled in risk management and problem-solving to address challenges during project execution.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and team members.
