6+ Years of experienced consultant with strong expertise in OpenText Power Docs, document automation, and enterprise content management solutions. Responsible for delivering end-to-end document generation solutions, from requirement analysis and template design to integration, testing, deployment, and production support. Works closely with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality document solutions aligned with organizational needs

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement document generation solutions using OpenText Power Docs.
• Configure and maintain document templates, clauses, data mappings, and generation rules based on business requirements.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical document automation solutions.
• Integrate Power Docs with enterprise systems such as OpenText Content Server, SAP, SuccessFactors, CRM, ERP, or other business applications.
• Develop and support automated document generation processes for contracts, letters, forms, notices, and other business documents.
• Customize template logic, conditional content, formatting rules, and document assembly features.
• Support data extraction, mapping, and merge processes to generate accurate business documents.
• Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, web services, and integration components required for end-to-end document generation.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing for document solutions.
• Troubleshoot document generation issues, template defects, formatting problems, and integration failures.
• Optimize document templates for usability, maintainability, and performance.
• Support deployment, release, and post-production activities for Power Docs solutions.
• Prepare technical design documents, solution documentation, test cases, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for branding, security, governance, and document retention.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests within SLA timelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve document generation processes and user experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM.
• Exposure to SAP / SuccessFactors / CRM / ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SQL, or related technologies used in template automation.
• Experience with digital signature integrations such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
• Understanding of document compliance, retention, and governance requirements.
