Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project goals are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the development process to align with best practices and organizational standards. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to define project scopes and timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes and foster a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and capabilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
