Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

A typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday is dynamic, involving collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are part of the daily routine to maintain optimal performance and relevance to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Document application configurations and customizations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Workday modules to align with business processes.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration within Workday environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application design and implementation.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM is required. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
