Custom Software Engineer

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Must have skills: Neo4j. Minimum 3 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Neo4j.
• Experience with graph database design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and query optimization.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
